Now making appointments via email, text message and WhatsApp! (Still no phone calls though.) I try to get back to messages within one working day, but sometimes life intervenes. It’s usually best to book a few days in advance (though I’m happy to make appointments up to a month in advance) but I’m often able to take same-day appointments.
